Limited hardware warranty
Every T-Series Shield is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a unit fails under normal field use, we'll repair or replace it. Full terms provided with each product.
Straightforward returns
Direct accessory and merch orders can be returned in new condition within the return window for a refund. Flagship returns are handled through your authorized dealer. No runaround.
